Avocado Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 5 oz Bumble Bee® Tuna
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Cilantro fresh
  • 2 tbsp Lime juiced
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/2 c Salsa
  • 1/8 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Drain the tuna in the can.
  2. In a bowl mix tuna, mayonnaise and cilantro.
  3. Squeeze half of the lime over it and add salt to taste.
  4. Peel and chop avocado.
  5. In a bowl lightly mash it, leaving some chunks.
  6. Squeeze half of the lime over it and add salt to taste.
  7. On a plate make a layer of avocado. Then layer the tuna on top of that. Finish it with a layer of fresh salsa.
